The next Google Nexus should be called “Prime”
We recently published a news about a possible upcoming google phones aka Nexus. The Nexus phones are “official” although the firm built by third parties. The Nexus “4G” would have the feature, among others, to be accompanied by Android 4.0, aka Ice Cream Sandwich. BGR.com, which was the source of the rumor, returns to the subject by giving more details.

The Nexus 4G would in fact be the Nexus premium, and would be a monster of power. At the centre of this “model” smartphone, it would indeed be OMAP 4460 of Texas Instrument chip. Its characteristics are in the endorsement: two hearts Cortex A9 and a maximum frequency of 1.5 GHz. The “maximum” term means here that the final frequency in the Nexus is not known: it is the processor capacity. In addition, the Texas Instruments OMAP 4460 would be able to read and save a stream video 1080p without any problem.

The screen would be the other strong point of the Nexus. It knows not yet
