Apple wants to block imports of Samsung 16 July 2011

The firm Apple accuses the South Korean group to copy its revolutionary products.

The hatchet is buried between Apple and Samsung. A week after the South Korean Group has asked the International Commission of the trade of the United States (International Trade Commission) to block us imports of iPhone and iPad, the company Apple responded with the same weapon. The Cupertino company asked the ITC that the latest smartphones, including the Galaxy S II, and touch tablets of the number one world of consumer electronics, such as the Galaxy Tab 10, be blocked import to the United States. Samsung infringed seven patents and at least three original drawings with its Galaxy line.

In its complaint, Apple argues that “Samsung following each launch product majeurspar imitation distinc­tifs Apple’s technology and design.” In other words, Samsung copies its révolution­naires products.
