Galaxy tab 10.1: stopping of sales partially lifted 17 August 2011

Setback for Apple: after about a week ban on the sale within the EU Samsung may distribute his Galaxy tab 10.1 again.
Samsung would be with the Galaxy Tab 10.1 the iPad 2 Copy “slavishly” accuses Apple Samsung. Plagiarism feature would include the rounded corners of the tablet – not really convincing when you consider that really come along all the other Tablets on the market with or without rounded corners.

Sales in the EU Yes, in Germany no
Now, the sales ban was lifted. The reason: The District Court Dusseldorf, which had led to the ban on the sale by interim available could prohibit the sale only within Germany. Samsung argued that the company has its principal place of business outside the EU. It is not clearly regulated, whether the EU in such a case at all by a court may pronounce a EU-wide ban on the sale.
