The war between Apple and Samsung patent is still far from over

A new battle has however evolve significantly. The Galaxy Tab 10.1, far too close to visually of the iPad by Apple, is ultimately more prohibited in Europe. For Samsung, although relief that his precious cannot always be marketed in Germany, the most populous country and rich in Europe.

According to ZDNet sister site, which relays the information of the Dutch newspaper Webwereld, the German Court of Düsseldorf returned to the preliminary injunction last week against the delivery and commercialization in the shelf of the South Korean Samsung Europe.
