Three models of smartphones Samsung Galaxy will therefore indeed prohibited of marketing in Europe, including Samsung Galaxy Tab

It is the tribunal in the Hague just order this injunction. From mid-October, it will be impossible to obtain in Europe the Galaxy S, the Galaxy S II and the Galaxy Ace of Samsung according to Saskia Panchoe, spokesman for the Dutch court in the Hague. Apple had sought interim relief to the Court to ban the sale of these models, but also of three shelves of Samsung due to an infringement of its patents.

“The tribunal found that there was much offence for phones, but not for the tablets, which can be sold”, Saskia Panchoe said. The offences relate to the patent EP 2059868 in relation to how to scroll through images or unlock his cell phone.
