For Samsung, is Stanley Kubrick who invented the iPad 25 August 2011

The patent war that raged between Samsung and Apple takes a somewhat unexpected turn.

While the firm Apple accuses the South Korean manufacturer to have copied the design of the iPad and iPhone with his tablets and smartphones, Samsung is no shortage of arguments to trap his opponent and return charges of plagiarism.

Florian Mueller, Blogger and expert on patents and intellectual property, the South Korean firm has brought to American justice Tuesday an extracted image of Stanley Kubrick 2001 film, the Space Odyssey, released in 1968, as a new element to his record.
