iPhone 5 arrives in the US mid-October
The new version of the Apple iPhone will be available mid-October in the United States and will be for the first time also distributed by Sprint Nextel, the third operator of wireless in the United States, reported Tuesday the Wall Street Journal.

“The calendar indicates that the new Apple iPhone will arrive on the market later than expected”, said the economic daily quoted sources close to the record.

The new aircraft, the iPhone5, should be “finer and lighter” iPhone 4 and equipped with a camera “improved” and a “more sophisticated” operating system, said the newspaper.

Contacted by AFP, Apple did not respond immediately.

The publication of its results quarterly mid-July, the Financial Director of the Group had only indicated that there would soon be “a transition to a new product” which should “have an impact on the results” of the quarter ending September.
