Future Android phones may lose functionality after a victory pursuit of the patent by Apple, according to an expert in intellectual property.

The warning follows a court victory to Apple, it has temporarily banned the sale of S Galaxy, Galaxy and Galaxy II combined S Ace large parts of Europe, but Samsung has until mid-October to find a solution before the order comes in.
