We announced the September 17, nothing goes to RIM. The action and the results of the Canadian firm is in free fall.

While Jim Balsillie, the CEO of the company announced a price cut of BlackBerry PlayBook, without providing details, it became the site of the distributor Rogers to 249 Canadian dollars, down 50% from its initial tariff.
RIM is going through a disastrous year. Between Samsung, HTC or Apple, the Canadian firm has not fared more. Its smartphones and Playbook are selling less and less (read: the financial results of RIM). Like many brands, the company will therefore have to sell off the shelf.

Nothing has filtered through the new rates of PlayBook, but a sale of the site reserved for Employers of e-commerce Rogers Canada allows us to know a little more. The retailer, long-time partner of RIM, the tablet provides 249 Canadian dollars. 50% cheaper than at launch.

We can therefore expect to find the PlayBook to 249 euros in France (as it is sold 499 euros 16 GB
