Blizzard expands the beta of ‘Diablo III’ and delayed its release 26 September 2011

Diablo III to Arrive in Early 2012

Blizzard Entertainment has announced that the awaited release of Diablo III will be postponed until the beginning of 2012. The company has ensured that it has not been possible to have the game ready to launch before despite his efforts.

“With each game we develop, the temptation of a release as quickly as possible is always very strong.”
“But we have not invested many years of hard work in Diablo III to launch a game that is almost finished,” explained CEO and cofounder of Blizzard, Mike Morhaime.

“The beta of the game is working very well, and we are looking for more time to offer our players a game in line with our vision of the game experience and expectations of our players.”
