Super Talent Server Memory is Green-Line VLP 10 October 2011

The manufacturer Super Talent Technology has launched several new modules of memory DDR3 RDIMMS format, designed for use in servers.

Super Talent Technology introduced a new series of memory modules DDR3, designed for use in servers. Key features of the products included in a series of Green-Line VLP (Very Low Profile), are reduced height of the PCB and lower power consumption. In this module meets the requirements of JEDEC.

Operating at a frequency of 1600 MHz, these strips of 4 GB memory DDR3 took place in Green-Line of the manufacturer. They are also relatively compact as they adopt a format “low – profile” of only 18 mm height, which is 39% less than the usual height of the module. According to the manufacturer, size reduction improves the passage of air flow, thus contributing to more efficient cooling system components.
